CSCCE CEFP 2019 Scientific Community Engagement Fellowship by CSCCE, including learning about community management best practices and theory, developing strategy and a handover document for ASAPbio ambassadors, and running a survey of community members across 14 scientific communities to understand why people start contributing, what helps them stay, and why they may leave (see ‘Busy Bess’ at https://www.cscce.org/cefp/cefp-project-teams/).
